I have brought a bag of your vanilla sugar floss and it’s amazing!!! Thank you so much for providing this because iam always on the hunt for our childhood favorites but make it organic especially for the kids. I love it and I will be buying all the other flavors slowly . Please keep making these ! I have a question as well. I have organic powder food coloring like natural one / I tried mixing it with the sugar but I don’t think it worked out well. Would that even work? Is there another way we can do it? Kinda give it some color for vanilla flavor . My kids are picky and they only like vanilla but it’s white . Could you make a video about coloring if possible . Thank you

Does the citric acid affect the puffiness of the cotton candy? I’ve noticed when I have used sour mixes that it’s not as fluffy. Thank you for the videos they are so great!

No the citric acid didn't affect the puffiness at all when I mixed it in our sugar floss. That is interesting that the sour mixes haven't been as fluffy. Possibly another additive?

Yep! Sour jolly ranchers, etc, although, not sure if there is an organic sour hard candy if you are looking to do dye free like this.

I bought citric acid and added it to my sugar. It flossed find but tastes HoOOOOIBLE! DID I BUY THE WRONG KIND!? it just tasted like I added a chemical cleaner and was not sour...help!!

Did you add the citric acid before or after you spun the cotton candy? It should be sprinkled on top after you spin the sugar. Also, your citric acid was food grade correct?
