I've made the finished song public in Dreams to listen to/remix/whatever!! You can find it here: indreams.me/element/ouVFCKciXfP Or just search Pretty Good Song 2 and it will probably come up.
Mm already has done two! One at E3 and another at GDC ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UntS-3lNxWQ.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vi0-S0BM7tI.html
@@gurkis. Although it would be cool to see Dreams on other platforms. The exclusivity restrictions are fair. PlayStation are the only company that would fund a project like Dreams, they deserve the exclusivity rights. Dreams has been in production for close to a decade, with multiple reworks and so on. PlayStation trusted Media Molecule and completely funded their entire studio (staff, offices, marketing, etc.) the entire time, despite the fact that the game took longer than anticipated (there were multiple delays). I think that it will stay as an exclusive title for at least another couple of years under PlayStation, but then come out on PC too
My goodness! This, in my opinion, was better than your first Dreams song. I’m glad you’ve got something special planned for us coming soon. Now if you don’t mind me asking, is this special video a 300K subscriber celebration, or is it just your way of dealing with the quarantine, or is it both?
This was mind-blowing seriously, When I play dreams I spend my hole time listening all the instruments and well I am not able to make nothing with any sense hahaha but I really enjoy it by the way

Mad lad has done it again! Love your music and Dreams as well and seeing you make music in Dreams is incredible! This game deserves a lot of recognition.
Awesome video man... I'm so happy we can make beats from scratch on PS4... I was wishing for a program for Ps4 like MTV Music Generator on PsX and Ps2... Now we got the best thing yet and you can make a game, animation, sculp and paint... This is unbelievable!

Hey man, I absolutely love this.. So amazing to see a great musician use Dreams music tools. It's an area of Dreams that is still mostly a mystery to me. Keep up the great work!
When you started laying down that main melody… 🤯 I was like “hey I know this tune”. Just to see it all coming together right here is amazing! Can’t remember exactly when I heard it Dreams, but it stuck and I recognized it immediately. Great job!
I'm absolutely loving the end result! The drop melody is so catchy, the sound design choices are nice, and the usage of automation complements the track well. :D ...of course, that ending meow is also gold. 8)

Cool to see you starting with logic. The absolute interoperability of the music and logic system is extremely powerful, especially considering the range of music elements you can change through logic in both edit mode and play mode.
can really tell you enjoyed making this one! I mean what with all the hard drive space ;P seriously great to see you enjoy the tools Dreams is providing.
I'm a beginner and always wanted to try making music. It's amazing that I now can try with a high-quality musicmaker for only 40 dollars. And all the other tools are supercool aswell. Amazing that dreams exists
i love LMMS, but this video serie is more like making music with things that arent used by the masses for music making, LMMS is a DAW, and might be too... normal?
@@visualdosage234 The service Dreams offer can be considered as a full audio workstation, yet I still can get what you're trying to deliver. I mean, LMMS has so many demo projects come a long with the software that sound similarly to Levi's musical works. I only wondered how it would turn out if he used that software.
@@CrashTwindicoot Dreams is a full video game workstation, from modeling to game logic to music and animation. music is actually a small part of the game even if its pretty robust.. it similar to LBP just more advanced. i just think that LMMS is so similar to FL studio or Ableton that it wouldnt be an exiting video. it would just be him making a song just like he would in his DAW of choice.
7:45 if I didn’t know who I was watching I swear I’d think I was listening to «Wintergatan». Also havent checked but are you uploading these songs on spotify? I’d love to have a bunch of them on my lists

yeahh! i'm loving this series so far, this app is so in-depth! just a question: in terms of workflow, if you were making an actual song, how fun and easy is Dreams to work with? edit: they should totally make this compatible with midi controllers, or better yet, make a cash grab by making a Dreams Keyboard!
From experience, been playing Dreams for about a week with no previous experience in any game-creation or music skills. But after a few days of learning the basics I can now make games and music with ease. It is intuitive and Media Molecule made it so that it can be used by people with no prior knowledge
This is so funny. I love it. Super creative ! I didn't even know those kinds games even exist I wish I spent time playing those as a kid haha. My beats would surely be better now :D
This is one of the better in-game ones, Levi! My only issues is that I think that the chords should have been in the drops because some mid is lost and the drop shouldn't lose power in any frequency. Otherwise, it's fucking amazing.
I know you don't really do let's plays, but I would love for you to check out Off-Peak, and maybe its sequels The Norwood Suite and Tales from Off-Peak City. They're pretty surreal, and music plays a large role in the appeal of them
