Thanks for the post bro, you have to stir fry the shrimp paste before you add in to the rest of the ingredients. Nasi lemak consist of coconut pandan leave rice, cucumbers, boil egg, fried anchovies and peanuts served with sambal belacan or shrimp paste. The others are add on eg ayam masak merah or rendang ayam I'm a malayalee and family don't eat beef or pork. You have made a fabulous dish medical student Malaysia 👍😋
