To anyone who do not know what language the narrator is speaking, this is actually Filipino, the National Language of the Philippines. This is most likely a Toei mini-documentary that was dubbed into Filipino and was aired on Hero TV, a Filipino-dubbed anime channel.
You guys who can't understand the narrator are lucky. He's speaking Tagalog but in a *beyond* corny way and really cringey ala 90s instructional videos.
I am crying when I watched this video. I really love the "Digimon Tamers" in the most of digimon series. I need original video in japanese language? Do you know.. where I can get it?
What will it be like if Digimon was produced at Hongo and Goldberg Productions, Walt Disney Animation Studios and PIXAR Animation Studios? That would've been brilliant in my opinion.
Exilelangely What will it be like if Akiyoshi Hongo is a real person? If so, he would’ve created Digimon with animator Eric Goldberg as a series of animated short films at CALArts in 1975.
Akiyoshi hongo is a pseudonym for the three most important figures in the development of the Digimon franchise: Aki Maita, one of the two creators of the original Tamagotchi; Hiroshi Izawa, the author of the first Digimon manga; and Takeichi Hongo, the director of marketing for Bandai.

@@strunkus_mcchungus1373 Thanks for the info. I haven't heard Tagalog before so I wouldn't have guessed that would be the language they are speaking in, plus that would make sense as Toei does have a studio in the Philippines.
