A sound effect from the film ALIEN!! While going through some sound effects banks changing them with various sliders (I've only had the keyboard since early July 2023). I eventually came across C-1 *BASS PONG RD. It sounded fairly nondescript at first. Then I started modifying it which gave it a weird echoing sound; I turned on the Arp', a new sound emerged. I then started sliding the 'VCF' Freq & Res' sliders up and down. This made a strong wind sound. Then, I slid the 'Release' on the ENVELOPES section to 10. The sound got better; It was almost recognisable..... I then slid up the RES slider slowly..... It was then a very distinct sound became apparent!!! Remember the film ALIEN, when the spacecraft NOSTROMO detaches from the refinery, orbits the planetoid LV-426. It enters the atmosphere then seeks a place to land. As it descends a scary howling alien wind is heard as the legs hit the surface, and one is broken. Then howling wind is what I accidently created half an hour ago. It's only about 7 seconds long eventually fading away. To engage the sound, the Arp button was on and a key or two depressed..... a sound like laser guns in a sci fi film, with a rumbling rhythmic sound in the background. I then turn the Arp button off then slid up the RES slider. This is where the sound effect starts, then fades away. I'll share my slider setting too, just in case anyone wants to try and replicate it: 1. ARP/SEQ - RATE - 4 . GATE - 0 2. LFO 1 RATE - 5.5 DELAY - .75 3.LFO 2 RATE - 3 DELAY - 10 4. OSC 1 PITCH MOD - 10. PWM - 10 5. OSC 2 PITCH MOD - 10 TONE - 10 PITCH - 10 LEVEL - 10 6. NOISE LEVEL - 0 7. POLY - 3 8. VCF: FREQ - 3 RES - 3 ENV - 5 LFO - 2.5 KYBD - 0 9.VCA - 10 10. HPF - 5 11. ENVELOPES - A - 6 D - 10 S - 7 R- 10

A lady !!! Thank god, is all dudes around her. Thanks Patricia, I noticed there is a lot of guys just pushing buttons and moving knobs. So if you want to learn it makes it really hard. So yeah, my process was to show you the final result and then break it down, every single part, because if you think about it...if you are advanced, it useful. But if you are a newbie is useful too. It's a win win.

Hi, congratulations, this is the best explanation on the internet about this synth. I really want to contribute R$ to your work. I have a question that I can't resolve and I saw that your synth also has the same issue. it seems that the deepmind 12 came from the factory with a transpose activated. I've already tried calibrating, changing the firmware and the issue continues. know how to solve
Hey brother !! Greetings from your Neighbor country. I am sorry to hear the issue. If calibrating and updating firmware didn't fixed it. You might want to return it and get a different one.
