Since my video blew up out of my usual positive audience: yes, I know it's not perfectly in the lines, I had to hand draw a stencil and put it over my screen which was difficult, but I thought it looked close enough. I'm a small channel just trying to provide some fun content it's not that serious. Faces aren't perfect neither are videos
How do you overlay an image like that like the stencil? Is there a tutorial online u can link or did u find this out yourself? I want to make celebreties in the sims but its hard without overlaying the persons actual face 😭😭😭
me, who always thought the “perfect face” filter was way too creepy and inhuman looking: this just further proves everything i’ve said before. will be using this as an example for my essay.
i remember a series on yt where the guy gave celebs the golden ratio face and they almost always looked alien which just goes to show how “perfection” isn’t always perfect
The only perfect being is God; the creator of beautiful imperfections. God is not an idea made by mankind; We feel the need in our souls to worship a divine source as we are aware of our weakness as mere creations and will always need God to lean towards when times are tough and be grateful to for everything he has blessed us with because being grateful makes us realize how lucky we are to have everything we do. Looking at the bright side of things helps us become much happier and wiser people; therefore, allowing us to think rightfully when making decisions which then leads us to becoming successful individuals. So, there you go! The secret to success is simply being grateful to God of what you have now and he will ease your path to your goals. I know you didn't ask for this but isn't it just wonderful to know? Knowledge is light ,while on the other hand, ignorance is dark, a very dark place you don't want to coexist in. Anyways, you go on and have a good day/night, thanks for taking the time to read this and don't forget to smile to life and it will surely smile back at you! God loves you and knows what's best for you so always have trust in his plans and everything will be alright! -Much love from a person who cares.
Imperfections make us unique, thus one-of-a-kind and beautiful. Often times changing one thing about ourselves unbalances the rest and we'd look so unnatural, and I think that's what ends up happening most of the time-- it ends up in the "Uncanny Valley" area.
thats bs because some are ugly and some are pretty. unique doesn't have to be ugly but in most cases if you don't look healthy, you are ugly. that's why most fat people are ugly for example. it's all about the proportions and how the facial features look like. a defined face is pretty. a undefined saggy face is not. criminals are often ugly. (not speaking about the tik tok model one)
@@Jaz_Sims I mean, I take perfection when it comes to a face to mean one thing, and it doesn't mean pretty. A hideous person can have a perfect face if it's 100% symmetrical.
@@reeseb6692Well in reality we don't really know what perfect is. We've only ever created it ourselves and decided that symmetry is perfect in some cases. But the truth is asymmetrical things could also be perfect if we considered them to be ourselves. The point is that perfection is an illusion we create.
It really confuses me that ppl take this as „the perfect face“ as if people are a monolyth. I used to think this was just a reference for art since angular faces like this are usually used to practice how shadows fall and faces are constructed. Might be the meaning of this before ppl used it for „the perfect face“. Cause I genuinely don‘t get who‘d be ok with one facial structure being superior to literally all others. It‘s honestly giving racism and dystopian ideals. Humans are varied for a reason. Everyone being the same visually is literally unnatural. There‘s a reason we all look unique. Individuality matters. And your body isn‘t broken just because the people selling beauty to us have brainworms.
Thats literally what i was thinking the whole video like “ok out of all the faces on the planet, the “perfect” face just so happens to have eurocentric features?” 🤨
@@caoimhedoesstuff9293Not according to surgeons, according to a surgeon and it is lowered in the Golden Ratio (that is, a Eurocentric Canon). Now, if you are a surgeon, you cannot operate on the basis of a mold, a good surgeon will see your characteristics and perform the surgery so that you are in better harmony, more than the Golden Ratio
I think it's something to do with maths, but what i wanted to do with this video was to disprove how accurate it's meant to be because faces that don't fit into that look better. It was probably made by some european hundreds of years ago or smth idrk
@@Jaz_Sims yeah wouldn‘t surprise me tbh. But yeah it‘s so silly though. Feels bad to even see this being used as a metric at all. Like ppl shouldn‘t go for one ideal. That‘s legit psycho stuff imo.
i hate the idea of the "perfect face" and how people constantly say that bella hadid has the "perfect face." because. who decided that?? who got to decide what features are "mathematically perfect"????
Agreed! It's a template based on maths I think, theoretically perfect but defo not. It's completely flawed to even say there is a perfect face. That was the point of my video 😊
The perfect face doesn't look right because attractiveness wasn't taken into consideration, instead it was proportions and symmetry that was prioritised
Usually this turns out this way because the perfect face filter isn’t traced correctly or drawn on correctly or just didn’t translate well into a drawing/graph. But the golden ratio is real and is used by surgeons to make faces which is why many end up looking similar with that kardashian type look and why many so called top 10 mathematically perfect people are top celebrities who had plastic surgery. It does not make a perfect face but there does seem to be a correlation between fame, beauty and the amount you fit into that mold. Which is why it’s circulating around that it’s the perfect face. It’s absolute bs tho cause humans attraction is much more complex than that
It's not even that, the sim creator is nowhere near complex enough. So idk why people take this as gospel that the golden ratio is bs, we aren't made up of polygons lmao. It's also based on symmetrical proportions, not necessary beauty standards.
@@potatogaming66put the .package files of the sliders in your mods folder (located in sims 4 folder). If you download a slider and they give a .zip file, extract them first.
I know a certain sims 4 creator called speedpowerade, they do this filter now and the perfect body to give their sims a more doll like appearance! they add all body types and all facial fetures like vitiligo!!!!
Ok but first off, Who just decided that that would be the “perfect face” and everyone just agreed, most people don’t even like perfectly symmetrical faces anyway.. Imperfections are perfections in disguise
Perfect face would mean that in a way you have to be symmetrical which nature is not. I saw another video of someone doing symmetrical face and it was so fucking weird to look at the character. it wasn’t natural at all because it was hundred percent symmetrical
I think the perfect face thing is based on the golden ratio. In other words, it's what math would call perfect, not any subjective human. There's no such thing as perfect, and there's no such thing as imperfect ❤
What I would give to have a “recents category” so I don’t have to either sift through my hundreds of cc to find something I had on previously or undo to all hell 😭😭
I’ve always thought the perfect face is really creepy. It looks like the kind of person who would follow you home at night and ask little kids at playgrounds if they want some candy. They’re not malicious kind of person though, they’re actually following you because you dropped your wallet, and they’re telling little kids they’re going to give them candy because they’re vegetarian and the spare gummies they had from Halloween contained gelatin
You have to follow the guide exactly as it is without going outside of a single line. Yours wasn’t too far off, but when were talking about perfection, every corner matters. Mainly the eyes are off
I'm not sure but I think that golden ratio thing was supposed to be mathematically perfect and whether or not it's visually perfect is up to interpretation but idk 🤷
The perfect face was just named that because someone chose that template after searching 'perfect face' and that's the one that stuck because it looks funny
I actually found the trick for making beautiful, unique sims is giving them one or two features linked to insecurities. I wish there was a bit for freedom with asymmetry though
