Making The Most Accurate PUZZLE - Zero Tolerance Machining 

In this video we show you what the CNC wire EDM machine can do. It is incredibly accurate, it can cut precisely to the thousandth of a millimeter! However, the high precision has 1 disadvantage, namely the production time.
It took one and a half hours to make 1 small puzzle piece! although it is not made from 1 cut, but from 3. It took 2 months to make the whole puzzle with all the operations, as this was the only way a free machine was available. It's amazing how accurate this machine is!!
