This is an amazing ring :D Imagine one of these but made out of gold and with the One Ring inscription inlayed using the orange glowing compound... Dude, I’d buy one of those right away.

Please keep these videos up. Style/appearance over material. The weird material ring videos are a bit interesting, but personally I never watched them because they were something I’d never buy myself. It’s the videos like these with a badass looking ring that make me want to watch and share your videos. Please continue to make ones like these, I’ve been subbed to you for a while now

So glad I backed this on kickstarter, even before watching this video, though rewatching it has made me wonder if I made the right choices in the pledgemanager (always secondguessing lol)
I actually think I'm going to get one of these. It seems like something that would be super cool to be a part of, and it's at a price I feel I can justify. The only reason I'm hesitating is because the cherry looks nice, but I wonder if it would look good with Aqua glow...

You really should have an inset image of the view of the illuminated ring on the first frame or the thumbnail used on the Kickstarter's video. Many people will glance at the unilluminated ring and not realise that it will illuminate, and move on. Also, on this video( that we are seeing here on RU-vid) it is worthwhile to show an up close, detailed view as you are speaking about showing us the ring, so that people don't fast forward to the end of the video to see it and continue on. You will lose full reimbursement unless the video is seen from beginning to its end.
Love the video & the cause, its always good to give back. Humbling experience to see channels like yours do projects like this. I’m looking forward to seeing more like this. I’m fascinated with your process & techniques you used for this project. At first glance it made me think of a cool ring “The Flash” would wear, each speedster would have a ring based on the color of their lightning. Just a thought, big fan of your work & channel.
New to your channel, do correct me if I am wrong, but didn't see any makings of ring without power tools. Since most of us don't have the money for power tools, only access to things like files and sandpaper, would like to see how to go about making a ring. Of high quality/precision without power tools.

HI ! I'm new to all this, how long does the stronium aluminate last per charge ? I get that this is UV charged so how long do I have to be under the sun to be charge and how long does it last at night ? And finally, how many years does it hold it's glow, do you need some checkup from time to time or will it last a life time ? Thanks !

Tbh it would prbly be better if he put the CF liner in after burning and stabilizing to protect it as to cure the stabilizing resin, u stick it into an oven right after burning the wood right above it.... Carbon fiber itself is made from resin and heat can weaken it
The resin that the CF is infused with is rated for high temperatures. We only need to heat the ring to 190° F in order to cure the stabilizing resin so it’s really not that hot.
Was falling asleep and woke myself up flopping like a fish to get into bed. Also i feel like a darker wood would look amazing with the glow powder. Ebony? Walnut?
love the ring and already backed you guys on kickstarter! is that the color described as "orange" on kickstarter or is the obsidian lava color a different one??
I need a bit of help, when I polish my ring with glow powder/resin inlay. Resin takes the colour of sand paper and paints almost entirely gray. Any advice how to prevent that? I use gedeo crystal clear resin. Thanks
Have people recieved this ring yet? I didn't back the project but I have read many reviews from backers on Review Sites saying that they have not gotten their rings yet...
