Making the original Caesar Salad at the restaurant in Tijuana that created it 

I had all these ingredients at home. I just watched this video and literally made an amazing salad. This recipe is spot on thank you!

I was taught this in the 80’s as a waiter! Made hundreds of them and still to this day! Best

I loved that he tried the other salad to see what it was supposed to taste like.

En la ciudad de México existía un lugar llamado el New Orleans que era un restaurante bar donde tocaban jazz , estaba en Av Revolución San Angel, y ahi estaba un descendiente del Sr Cardini que hacia esta ensalada en la mesa y era exquisita! Yo iba ahi más por comer la ensalada que por escuchar jazzz 😅 que también eran muy buenos tocando.

I saw another video where they made the dressing at this exact restaurant and they used grape seed oil along with olive oil. That's what I have been doing and it is delicious. Don't believe all this mayonnaise and lemon stuff on the internet. Great original right here, thank you!!

Please take the mom to at your table ceaser salad. It’s just a wonderful happy event. Problem is trying to find a restaurant that makes the salad at your table.

No the brother Alex Cardini who was there before Caesar invented it. It was originally called the aviator salad. Then the Alex & Caesar Cardini salad which of course got shortened to the Caesar salad. Italian obviously.

The poor son of Mr. Cardini, is a chef and moved to Mexico City, I don't know why he did that

I call bullshit. This salad was made many many many years ago in Italy. It was just re-created here.
