I think one thing you didn't notice what that your Zhukovs do more damage to electrified enemies, they don’t deal electrical damage directly. It's a big thing in DRG to synergize both weapons for eachother, so your scout build can work, just a minor gripe woth how you described it
Rock and Stone! Maybe next you can do Killing Floor for that sweet "Money, money, money!". For specific characters you could go by the "Favorite Weapon" mechanic in 2, so for example Mr Foster loves the AK, the DEagle, the M14 Nacy SEALs rifle, the double barrel shotgun, the pump shotgun, the auto shotgun, and the KRISS and P90 smgs, so you could take your pick of any of those 2 for his weapons. Maybe in the case of Mr Foster the Tigris and Kohmak could represent the classic Support loadout of a double barrel and auto shotgun? Or maybe I'm overthinking this.

Honestly, Warframe needs WAY MORE stuff like that. Less people swetaing about optimal results and meta and more people just having fun with silly ideas
Damn... Maybe I should reinstall DRG. Only after almost 1000 hours I felt burn out, but luckily warframe was there to get addicted to. Also ROCK AND STONE
I’d love to see some sorta shark character in Warframe and have been trying to think of how to “make” one so if you could think of a way to do that, that would be amazing! If you want an actual character character the only shark character I know that’s not just a shark is Ellen Joe from ZZZ
I did try them out, but the homing shots got annoying after a while. Initially I wanted to use Twin wraith vipers because the were a better fit, but I didn't have any.
