Has a whole lot of holes to drill in two straight lines at regular intervals on multiple boards - great job for a CNC Router :) Thanks for the useful set of videos too.

Going to be replacing my table slot spoiler board and hoping to put on a threaded insert style bed soon. Keep your eyes open for it. This is also due to me needing to tram my milling head. Not a fun task...

Hi, I’m Alessandro from Italy. May I ask if the handle control was included with the cnc router? I can ask if on the back of the box cnc control there is a special connector to connect the handle control? I bought the same machine, but I received a 9060 without handle control and however there are no special connectors to connect it on the processor post ( control box). Please help me, I'm in discussion with the seller. I would like to understand if , buying the manual control, I can connect it to the control box, or I must return the control box and buy the one that has the connector for the handle control. Thanks for your help

I did receive a hand control for my unit. I do not use it. It is an RJ11 (telephone jack) to USB style controller cable. Because I use a USB keyboard, I've noticed that if I use the keyboard, I cannot use the hand control. So there are issues with it... to say the least.

@@jeffmorlen Ok. Thank you so much. I recently talked to the seller and he realized he didn’t put it in the box. He sent me a handler control, but I have no idea what’s coming.🥹 Have a great day 👍👍👍

Does the spindle start automatically or do you have to click a button?

On this unit, if configured properly, Mach3 will start the spindle motor for you (stop it too). It can also control the RPM by communicating with the VFD. You CAN control it manually also via a switch, run/stop buttons, and a knob to control the speed.

When you are creating your tool path are you in mach 3 or different software

I use software from Vectric... specifically V-Carve. I have an old version that just still works for what I do. You may see me, on this channel, using a demo copy of Vectric Aspire from time to time.
