Making Up a Big Lie 

The woman IS the instigator of this entire mess. She's playing both sides.

The judge saw right through all parties involved in this case, and if you asked me, she was right on point with everything. I just hope the male Plaintiff was able to 'read between the lines' and grasp the message the judge was trying to send him.

The defendant walked in the court room like *I'll fight everyone in this room, on bro*

The Defendant was driving me nuts lol Bobbing his head up and down! Smirking, and making noises as the plaintiff was trying to tell his side of the story! He's obviously got an anger problem. The whole case is crazy.

The girlfriend likes them fighting & sold the car for scrap. . The boyfriend knows the truth now. U can tell by his demeanor & refusal to look in her direction.

Your love for your child should always overpower any resentment you feel for their other parent/your ex.

The way she looked at him when he walked in the court, told me everything I needed to know 🤣. She's the problem! The big silly smile on her face and the judge annoys me every time!

I’m surprised she didn’t yell at the defendant for having his arms crossed the entire time.

This was a strange case. The mother didn't really seem to care one way or the other, about the car or how the drop offs and pick ups went with her child. Just weird..

Reason why neither of them had the text msgs is because they exchange inappropriate texts and its obvious they're still sleeping together. Judge Milian is right, she's the culprit. Poor kid🙏🏿

The plaintiff has absolutely no reason to have anything to do with the child exchange, he isn't even the step-parent, he is only the boyfriend, so being there is just provocation and seeing as the father has a bit of an anger problem, the plaintiff would be wise to just stay inside his own house. AND it would seem she has not been totally honest with her new boyfriend, since she scrapped his car yet told him, it got towed. She is trouble...

I work for the police department. Women drop their children at police station so their children will be safe in the exchange. One woman ask me to get a handsome cop to be there to make her ex jealous. This woman plaintiff was looking for attention from both men. Big mistake. Shame on her

I’m very sure that both the woman and her ex had quite a few more exchanges than what they led on through their text messages. They were both playing stupid when the judge asked for the text messages and very quickly said no once the judge asked them both again to see those messages. She knew that they still had “things” going on.

She played them against each other, probably rolled her eyes when he asked the plaintiff not to be outside "He's not going to do anything, will you switch out the car seat for me?". Ridiculousness, just like the judge said, where are the child's interests in all of this? You have a child now, time to grow up!
