Salt-free butter: 105 g
Brown sugar: 37.5g
*Salt: 1g
*Starch syrup: 37g
Tough flour: 150 g
*Almond powder: 45 g
(Mixing)
Salt-free butter: 240 g
Brown sugar: 180g
Brown sugar: 90g
*Salt: 3g
*Egg: 75 g (approximately 2 eggs)
*Gravity: 190g
Grain syrup: 60 g
*Milk: 37g
If the butter bar doesn't fall off the pan well, use a torch to heat the bottom slightly, or use a knife to remove the side.
Leave it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours and if the inside is soft like it's slightly undercooked, then wrap it in paper foil and freeze it in the freezer to make it chewy.

Seat: 21 minutes at 180℃
Dough: 33 minutes at 170°C (adjust by looking at the baking color)
