So in WN when Mio made her offer Makoto didn't deny it like that. He was a lot more drunk, and it took him a while to understand what she's asking, but in his monolog he came to a conclusion that he is up for it, then as he was about to say it out loud Mio changed the request to the whole rice thing (it's a japanese wordplay). Later Tomoe asked why did Mio do it, because she knew she could get what she wanted and Mio said, that while it's true, she would feel like she is taking advantage of Makoto being drunk and the promise he made without knowing what she would ask. She said, that if they get together she wants it to be from her masters initiative, she wants to be wanted

If Makoto used the brothel services that they offered. The next day the city would probably be destroyed 😂

The anime did him dirty. In the novel, he didn't say no to the request (half because alcohol but other half because it was a promise of anything. In fact, he expected that to be what she asked for) but Mio changes it by using the rice as an excuse, admitting to Tomoe later that its because she wants Makoto to love her when they do the deed.

It is appropriate for Makoto to give them a family name, as he views them as irreplaceable family members. They assist him, and he assists them in return. I am delighted that a third season has been announced. I am eager to observe Makoto's reaction upon encountering the trash hero and the demon lord.

Makoto is a painfully late bloomer however when he blooms the entire world will have no choice but to know.

The hate for cour one was because they didn't want to get introduced to characters who are important to the plot especially going forward. Cour 2 we got everything people asked for character development, fights and world building. I also surprised that makoto just gave his crew his last name to prove how much they mean to him. But makoto isn't ready for that "smash" life

Incredibly hype for Season 3. Glad that these gold standard isekais (imo) are getting continuations, instead of just leaving you off with a go read the source material like endings

Well funny enough that Tomoe and Mio complain about Shiki being his favorite(well considering he is doing what Makoto expected unlike the two) and making it a gag about whenerver Makoto go the two makes a jab about that 80% chance that he will choose Shiki as the one to be the companion of the journey

Wow can't not believe that the wicked church didn't leave a foreboding scene at the end 😨, but can't wait to watch season 3 hopefully you are still into this for the long haul 😁 at least until that trashy Goddess get what coming to her and may fortune help any more idiots for thinking that they can end Makoto, Mio, Tomoe and their group path, because we already seen past victims trying and failed 🙄😅

Emma has always been scary. She is pretty much the main authority of the mist plane. Also the difference from when she was going to sacrifice herself, to when she was leading the siege of the fort, how much did she level up?

The boys lack of culture is painfully disappointing. He has a spider cave and dragon mountain thristing after his V card and don't go thinking that crazy bacon would not be willing to roll.

Throughout the series, there have been indications that Makoto thought of Tomoe and Mio more as family. I didnt think he'd take it as far as he did in the end, but it was a surprisingly touching moment.

Well give him a chance in season 3 or even season 4 whom knows if Mio or Tomoe will catch his heart and legendary dragon head 😅

On makoto’s missed opportunity I absolutely agree. As for mio’s wild ride, I loved that moment 😂. One thing I hope in the future is if we see Sofia again, I wonder what she could do from now on after her encounter with luto, even he said if she could’ve controlled her desires she could’ve lived differently. So maybe a future opportunity if he didn’t straight kill her. Heck she has someone looking for her. Now for everything else i also quite enjoyed and my personal favorite moment was makoto giving mio, Tomoe, and Shiki his family name. A powerful moment. (Gonna call it now, hopefully i ain’t wrong, bet a relationship finally happens for him and Tomoe & mio. If it somehow did, oh boy i imagine lots of bickering between those 2😂😂😂)

"Attend to your needs" line was in like episode 2 of the first season. From both Tomoe and Mio. Def my type of a monk.

This was the best Tsukimichi has ever been with a back to back 24 episodes cour they did the right choice to respect the story imo. Long build ups and payoffs that makes you really care about what's happening to every characters. Its absolutely clear that Season 2 cour 2 wouldn't be as good and hype if cour 1 didn't take its time to develop the whole story/characters and all in all Tsukimichi is my personal top 1 anime this season. I also want to highlight that my boy Shiki did a lot this season, I'm proud of him even tho now Tomoe & Mio are gonna bully him for a while for taking the spotlight too much...😅 Like Aristocrat I'm happy we got Season 3 announced, thank you for your reviews and glad we'll be back for more isekai peak.

That was certainly a great season two. I think I preferred season one more but that doesn’t mean I didn’t like season two but more so it took a while for me to give it the same attention. At the very least I liked Makato’s progression and where it’s lead him to. Dude is playing the game well so to speak. Anyhoodle, it’s time to begin the wait for season three.

This is the last time I read the web novel. From next season onwards I'm anime only. I gave it 7.5/10. Really appreciate there's almost no CGI.

The first core of season 2 was just a little bit clunky because of the necessary world building they had to do to set things up for the second core to be successful.

You could really tell from his face that he was tempted, though. I also get why people would assume that he's a late bloomer, considering how many times he turned down mio and tomoe before, but I think there's a different reason why he did that. I'm pretty sure that at the time, it was hard for him to get past the fact that while they looked like atteavrive women, they were still insanely powerful monsters with really goofy personalities. Remember, he was very much attracted to mio when he first saw her in her human form. He also seems to have a certain type, based on his childhood crush (tiggle biddies, wink wink), now, since mio has learned how to cook and has become more feminine in general around him, he's starting to see her more as a woman. As for the brothel, I think it's more of a self-respect thing and from what he's seen, he's kind of a romantic at heart. Also, due to the example he has of his parents' marriage, he probably has a slightly more conservative way of thinking towards... relations. That said, considering he looked very much tempted to join that blonde in the red light district in season 1, I think he's not entirely opposed to sex outside marriage, just that he now has trust issues towards those kinds of areas after what happened to the demiplane.

On pins and needles for Season 3.......Can't Wait!!!!!!!! Also like what how they explained the end of Mio's fight....Lol She ate him....Now that's some funny S**T right there.

Hio some of the only things that dosn´t got explaiened is why he was in so mutch pain when he got the skill and ho where the people that disrupted the goodes (as a novel reader i know the answers^^) i guess it will be explained in ep 1 or 2 of season 3.

I heard what happened in the light novel and I just want to say no....(Spoilers) Because Makoto thanks of Tomoe and Mio as family, and given that he sleeps with them in the light novel it just feels wrong, because I picture them having somewhat the same personalities as his sisters, is elder sister like Tomoe is into historic dramas and his younger sister like Mio is into anime, again it feels wrong and personally I wanted to end up with a Hyuman just to hock a loogie in the face of the goddess, take Toa for instance winemaker look like a girl that had a crush on Makoto in his previous world if not to do anything with it?
