Russian fighter jets are something that should be admired by everyone regardless of nationality. The level of engineering that goes into creating such awesome machine should be respected by all. Greetings from Canada.
Yeah, we're replacing the CF-18 Hornets finally. It would be amazing if we could get Sukhoi jets, as Russia's climate and environments are quite similar to Russia's so Sukhois would probably work pretty well here. Likely better than the CF-18s...
Welcome to Russia where they do pointless moves so there planes can sell cause without selling these planes there economy would be even worse then it is. !
I'm 57 and have been going to airshows since I was 11 . I've seen the F-22 a few times , But , this ,THIS is absolutely AMAZING !! WOW !! This is what Canaduh should buy . Or the Grippen . Not a first strike F-35 . just sayin :) from Cannabisland
Love and respect from India Christian Brotherhood good bless mother Russia holy Russia , proud to have Russian jets in Indian air Force love it 🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺🇮🇳🇷🇺
+Harry The Cat Even the Russian air force will tell you that this plane can't take down an F22. But it doesn't take away from the beauty of this great plane and the wonders it can do. The F22 just needs pilots with experience with the air craft to achieve maximum performance with the plane... NOT saying that both countries don't have great pilots. Hopefully one day Russia and the US can be in good terms.
Don't ya just love that controlled flat spin! I doubt any other countries fighters can do that! Also the horizontal backflip & tailslide Without Flame - out! Those Russians are Good!
+Zack Faker Show me a video of the SU-35 doing these same maneuvers with full payload and fuel. This Impressive but not possible in combat. The plane in the video is flying clean with little fuel. Start adding thousands of pounds of weapons and fuel the su-35 becomes too heavy even with thrust vectoring. Not only that you also adding more drag.
Those "turn arounds" in the mid air, hovering.....how is that possible...!!?? Iv'e seen enough footage/video to understand that this is really hard to do, so i must tip my hat and bow (wauvv), what a set of skills this is :-) Cheers from Denmark
Definitely my favorite jet designs... If I were to make any changes to its design, it would be: - Front canards angled downwards slightly like /-\ maybe - Vertical stabilizers angled more outwards like a \_/, rather than l_l - Rounded air intake - Extend that tail more like an Su34 I'm not an expert on fighter jets and Sukhoi designed the jet the way it is for a reason, so the changes I would make would probably impact the design negatively, but i'm just talking about aesthetics and form...
