MALAI BUTTER CHICKEN TIKKA WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Chicken (cut into 4 pcs) 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Cream 200 gm
Chat masala 1 tsp
METHOD :
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours. Heat the wok, add ½ cup water with chicken pieces, cook till well done. Heat a pan, add fresh cream, chat masala, and black pepper, and boil for 2 - 3 mins, add chicken in, mix it well, and garnish with coriander leaves.
CHICKEN SALAD SLIDERS WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
Boiled eggs chopped 2
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Cabbage finely chopped ¼ cup
Sweet corn ½ cup
Butter 4 ounce
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Ketchup ¼ cup
Salt and pepper ½ tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Cheese slices cut into squares 4
Butter to toast the buns
Jerkins as required
Buns 4
METHOD :
Toast the sliders with butter on a tawa, mix all the ingredients for filling in the bowl, apply on buns, top with jerkins, and serve immediately.
