Ingredients

Kofta
Panneer 150 gm grated
Potato 1 boiled grated
Khova 1 tb sp
Salt Required as per your need
Jeera powder 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves
Ginger 1/2inch grated
Cashew bits 1 tb sp
Corn flour 1.5 tb sp
Jeera powder 1/2tsp
Paste
Onion 1.5
Tomato 1.5
Cashews 10
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 6
Cinnamon 1cloves 2
Green and black cardamom 1 each
Bay leaf 1
Gravy
Butter 1 tb sp
Oil 2 tsp
Chillie powder 3/4tbsp kashmiri
Coriander powder 1 tb sp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Jeera powder 1/2tsp
Kasurimethi 1/2tsp
Sugar 1/2tsp
Cream 2 tb sp
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients under kofta, Add salt make into balls and fry in medium hot oil till golden. ( no overcrowding and gentle handling)
2. Fry the ingredients for the paste in 2 tbsp Oil till translucent and cool, grind.
3. Heat oil and butter and add the powders, cook for 30 secs add the paste and saute for a few mins add water and cook for 10 mins.
4. Add the Kasurimethi, creamy and remove.
5. Add the koftas just before serving and top with some cream
