Male Great Horned Owl Checks the Eggs | 2.29.24 

The male Great Horned Owl on our Blackwater NWR Eagle Cam arrived this evening to give the female a break and to check the eggs. Nice to see him giving them a roll and to also see both parents on the nest. We hope to see hatching sometime in the first week of March.
