Malibu seat side plastic moulding 

My 2014 Malibu seat control moulding finally cracked. Ordered a replacement. This video is outstanding and exactly provides every detail of installation. Thank you so very very much for providing this solution!

Thanks this helped out a lot. My part was missing the hole for the rose bud. I use a 15/84 drill bit to make the hole.

Great video. Not to mention you are doing the work with one hand while filming. This is the second time I have need this extract part replaced on a 2013 Chevy Malibu. Why do they break so easily? It's just the plastic that cracks and breaks the buttons work fine. Service person broke it once and now at car wash was broken .

I'm teaching my daughter to drive and this happened to me, Thanks for the video, just got the part in to fix this.

On the part at the end, where are you clip it to the seats does a clip to that metal bar at the top? That is where my old one is broken and I want to be sure I clip the new one correctly

I replaced a whole engine in this same exact car and NO torx bits were used.. but to replace a seat panel they use torx bits. I can't stand GM.
