Being in nightfall 24/7 is the best way to play Dredge. Thus all his addons that let you enter nightfall faster are the best imo

I have never taken this add-on off since Dredge's release, and I fear I am irreversibly addicted to it.

Dredge has become one of my favorite killers to play. I’ve been using the skull along with I believe the shroud which increases the duration of nightfall, and it’s been a spooky time for the survivors. I need to use the remnant more often to stop loops, so it was really cool seeing how that’s done in this video! Another super fun thing is that I’ve been getting really lucky with grabbing survivors either locking or going into lockers that I’ve been teleporting to.

I never underestimated the skull, not sure how anyone could pass it up. It is so damn nice.

Honestly, Malthinker's Skull is my favorite addon. While it doesn't make up for a lot of Dredge's weaknesses, it makes the pain a little less.

That visual in the beginning showing the speed provided by the different add ons helped ALOT, thanks otz, another great video

Glad he’s starting to like Dredge more. He started off really not caring about it and barely played it when it came out. Dredge isn’t unfair levels of OP like Nurse but it is a brutal killer to vs when played right

Most informative post. I LOVE anti-healing builds and have leaned hard on Malthinker’s Skull. Now I use both that and the Fallen Shingle. Good call with the Sacrificial Knife.

Yes, exactly! Malthinker's skull is amazing on Dredge! I love to run it with the burnt letters and Gift of Pain to always get something whether the Survivors are injured or heal up :)

Hi otz, I have a build request for you. "Dredge gen smasher." Add-ons consists of Malthinkers skull and burnt letters Perks are Overcharge, Call of brine, and Dragon's grip. Last perk is up to you but I think BBQ is a great choice. Build shines it's brightest when there's only 3 gens left

Two Things: Please do a sketch where you present this information with the Killer poised as a “company” you’re presenting the information about to a room full of extras dressed as executives 🤣 Nightfall by itself, just the visual darkness on the survivor side, with none of the upsides of faster teleports, undetectable, and killer instinct…is insane. Like, just darkening the survivors view puts everything into an incredibly scary mood and with all the aforementioned benefits, makes the Dredge so versatile and supported. I would kind of like to see every killer get something similar to nightfall, where as gens get done nightfall either gradually sets in or completely sets in on a timer. New Killer Perk! We did it Otz, great collab.

I’ve never played Dredge before but I feel like Nurses calling tied with Sloppy is a good combo. Since dredge it able to have such great map control you’ll always be able to pressure someone that is healing. Forcing them into a chase and regressing their healing process to slowdown the game even further. Maybe tie two other Gen slowdown perks or something like Eruption or CoB

This is really the thing with Dredge. He is SO underplayed, so rare, so underrated and yet he has some amazing synergies and crazy harassment and pressure.

Personally I love the addon. This with the recorder. The build I use is third seal. Franklyns, sloppy butcher, fear monger. It makes them afraid to be in the dark

Even though the lockers appear blocked by the entities claws you can still manually climb into lockers right next to hooks and for the first 8 seconds won't give off the tell tale smoke and hum.

Jolt and franklins on dredge is brutal vs 4 medkits. I’ll use the add ons as info perks too just to speed things up

Man that visual representation of the addons was so good, makes me realize just how much I was undervaluing skull. Nightfall was always sort of "neat" to me but never really felt like I got much out of it, but this could change that.
