You don't understand this scout is different if my studies was right this SFM scout has achieved self awareness and has is trying to escape but not only that it is being chased down by unknown entities that watch over SFM so you would need help the scout as much as you could because he has a reason to escape and not be another archive from another project

It may not even be the same NPC technically since, in the orignal video, the skeleton informs the one we know of the others like him who traveled over the other side of the mountain before finally giving up. This deleted guy could've been one of those that would have come before the one we know.
