He sounds like he's talking to his parents but he's disappointed in himself.

He “turned himself in” because he spent 3 hours faking a scene to make it seem like it was in self defense, police found he staged it and turned himself in to see if he could go off the hook. He’s no good man.

Now THIS is how you handle a 911 situation. Dispatcher was clear & calm, asking relevant questions. I saw a video yesterday of a 911 dispatcher who was so rude & arrogant and told the caller to deal with it herself.

That was the best and most professional 911 call video I have ever seen, I’ve seen some 911 call videos, and they were bad to horrible, this lady over here handled the situation very calmly and professionally, despite the fact that at some point she was shocked by this situation, very well done lady.

He received two life sentences, his wife was 7 months pregnant and he was found guilty after they discovered he lied about the knife attack and staged a crime scene, apparently another man texted her phone and after he suspected her of cheating, he threw her phone in the toilet and shot her, the first shot missed and so he shot her again.. Like so everyone can see

Went to high school with Check, Was a soft spoken and pretty cool dude believe it or not. Of course this is from my personal encounters at the school with him He always spoke when he saw me, Didn’t know he and his wife had ever met because I knew them both from different circles. , just completely heartbroken to see this here because so many people were hurt about the situation and there are still so many questions that will NEVER be answered. This 911 Operator is so calm during this difficult interview! Kudos to her for remaining composed and able to communicate in a respectful and non-threatening manner to the suspect.

He was sentenced to life in jail, because he made up the self defense part. There was evidence he moved the body after he shot her and placed the knife near her hand. He also made the call 3 hours after the shooting and staged the whole thing during the 3 hours so they would think it was self defense. The wife was also pregnant
