Promises aren't a contract. Court doesn't see marriage as a contract, prenuptial is seen as a contract. Don't get married, society's joke of commitment.
He CAN do whatever he wants at any time because he's a player and his wife clearly knows about it, wants him anyway, and wont force him to be accountable and a married man.
