The plaintiff rented a car for the defendant, her cousin’s neighbor. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says the defendant kept the car for an extra day, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff agreed to the extension.
This! I know at 15 the girl doesn’t need to be coddled but damn, the defendant straight turned and left without even saying, “Come on, baby.” That daughter is going to be fighting her moms battles and cleaning her moms messes for years and not understand how toxic that all is 😔
The daughter is a mirror image of her mother in every single way. Her mannerism and the way she proceeded to explain what happened let’s me know that she was most likely the actual aggressor in this situation. Very Sad
I was trying to figure out how to put my opinion into words without being a horrible person. Your word choices are perfect. She was VERY hard to look at. Her facial expression were just upsetting me. The defendant was extremely hard to look at!! And her daughter has not one bit of trauma from the incident. She was very proud of what she did. She expressed it loud and proud!
@@kourtneyhabermam5495I thought about it before I even posted but he attitude was so bad I didn’t feel bad stating it. Light doesn’t equal cute and he personality and the way she is raising that child didn’t make it any better.
The defendant wants the judge to believe that her daughter is traumatized, needs a psychological evaluation, and is a scared, innocent child? Her demeanor in court says otherwise.
The child has obviously seen a lot because of her trifling ass mother. & you’ve obviously been through some shit too if you can’t find compassion for a teenager. She IS innocent. She is a child being dragged into her mother’s bullshit.
@@gingerspice108Everyone, regardless of their upbringing, is responsible for their actions. She is faces charges for what she did. We don’t allow criminals to use their backgrounds as defense. I will add that child protection should investigate the home!
@@gingerspice108 Not all children are innocent. While she didn't have the greatest upbringing from what can be seen in this case it doesn't excuse her for her behaviour.
My assessment is that she’s probably around 4-6 months pregnant right about now. Or she’s already popped one out for the taxpayers to raise, cause no man’s gonna stay around for the type of attitude that she has …very disheartening.
The defendant’s shenanigans got her daughter involved. She shows up to court rolling her eyes and talking disrespectfully to the judge. She’s raising a little menace.
@@alyssahamlettI think that’s what it is. People don’t see the risk involved if the transaction goes bad. Maybe it’s because I work in financial services, I learned this lesson early in life. Also, watching The People’s Court taught me a lot 😆😆😆.
That 15yo is outta control! That’s a result of bad parenting. She will probably end up in prison before long. If someone is charging at you, you don’t have time to go in the house and get a cup of “hot water”. The defendant had no intention of paying the bill. There’s no way in hell I would rent a car for my cousins neighbor.
What happened to "staying out of grown folks business and conversation?" 🤔 That 15-year-old girl, already has a nasty attitude, and her mom is not helping out either with her own attitude 😒
I completely understand her wanting to defend her mother Aside from everything else but She should have never been involved in any of that. And it's so clear that she has nodded to just like her mom. Sad
*That defendant is crossing her arms defensively, rolling her eyes at the judge and giving JM snotty looks. Ughh. She's teaching the daughter terribly disrespectful mannerisms*
The daughter is not a victim. She is rude and wants to fight. Look at her mouth and attitude in court. She should have stayed the hell out of grown folks business
The defendant is trying to make everyone believe that her daughter now has a problem with facing adults. The way she's acting in court with all the adults all around her doesn't prove what her Mom says. She certainly doesn't look scared of anyone at all!
"You didn't rent a car - you used that money to buy CRACK - and you were sitting in the house smoking CRACK with your CRACKHEAD friends" - Judge Mathis, probably
It's really sad that this little girl's first reaction is to fight instead of grabbing the baby to hide and call the police. Her innocence has been lost for a long time.
No actually fighting is a normal kid response, it’s concerning for the adults though. How many adults there was there, the child shouldn’t have even been able to do as much as she did.
When she said really I'm afraid of your daughter 😂😂😂. Then the mother just left her "traumatized" daughter and never once looked back to check see if she was good or with her. Trifling mother!!!
That daughter was supposedly traumatized?😂😂😂 If she behaves like that in court at age 15, imagine her attitude and behavior on the street....Her future looks "bright"
The defendant's child is truly frightening. There was a glee in that young woman's face when she described striking the first blow. How can a mother raise any child to be like that?
Defendant - “My daughter is so scared. She thinks she’s going to get jumped if she leaves the house.” Daughter- actively gets in between adults arguing, throws bleach and unknown substance at plaintiff, smirks and lies to judge… Yup, the daughter has problems but leaving the house isn’t one of them.
the plaintiff should’ve reported the rental stolen as soon as the defendant failed to pay her the extension fee. As far as the defendant goes.. her behavior is very distasteful and she should be ashamed.
Her daughter admitted she attacked the man first, and then he smacked her away from him. So they are the aggressors. And by the way they are acting (loud, obnoxious, and aggressive) I'm betting they got off on the fight, not got scared of it.
The defendant and her daughter have a disgusting attitude and soon enough they will have to face the music. Seeing that she was going to visit her boyfriend in jail shows you the type of individuals your dealing with.
Didn't we see these plaintiffs in another case? When will people ever learn not to loan money/services to people just because they ask and say they will pay you back? The defendant knows she owes that money. Her attitude is simply stunning. The teeth on these two women!!!!! The folded arms...Hands on the hips. The entitlement is real. Even this young girl is full of attitude. In fact, that little brat needs a huge attitude adjustment! Hate breeds hate. So sad to see people behave this way.
These are the most ratchet people I have ever seen. I love my people but some of us are just embarrassing. The way we carry ourselves reflects on each and every one of us.
Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. That mom is raising disrespectful children. At 15 as a guy I would never get in a fight between two adults. I know my place.
Kids like that end up being a statistic EASY. Stay TF out of GROWN FOLKS BUSINESS PERIOD! That’s the parents fault, you can’t hide behind a therapist and protect your child who YOU DO NOT DISCIPLINE OBVIOUSLY
@@michelehemlokhexwhite4310 only broke people lend each other things with money they don’t have without thinking of the consequences when it comes time to pay it back. I’ve not met one wealthy person and I’ve been around plenty who says here take this rental car I got for you even though I have no clue who you are and why you can’t get it on your own.
She was so traumatized from the fight she put herself in that she didn’t call 911 but came back outside with “hot water” to throw at the plaintiff. Make it make sense.
The mother is tore up with that big wide gator mouth! The daughter tore up to. They both got nasty attitudes. They both ratchet gutter snipes that’s gone end up seriously hurt one day. They daughter way too grown. She did the most but I’m not mad that she defended her mother but she throwing bleach on people running up on grown man.
I believe the cousin used the car more than two trips. However it's still her responsibility to return the car, since thay was the agreement. No need to talk about her looks .
One of the many problems that i have with the defendant's story that he was using the car too is that she admits that she was gonna pay for the whole thing before this supposed altercation!!!🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
If they live just down the street from each other then WHY did ALL THOSE PEOPLE have to show you where they live!?!? Liars each and every one of them!!!
That defendant is an EXTREMELY bad mother. The judge was 100% right. The 15 year old is already just like her mother. And the mother doesn't have a clue about respect. Also, that 15 year old is CLEARLY not afraid to go outside, or to start up again with the plaintiff's.
Tip…. If a grown adult doesn’t own a debit or credit card don’t risk yours. She had no intention after giving that much upfront of returning the car the next day
Why do people do f’d up stuff then get mad when the person comes at them with an “attitude” and then they feel justified to now do nothing! Defendant and her daughter are both ratchet.
