Yeah the fences are way higher than 5 ft. I guarantee the whole said give us a minute it will retrieve your keys and he said nope I will get them myself.

This man KNEW exactly what he was doing and out of "arrogance, stupidity or both", CHOSE to BLATANTLY disregard verbal and visual restrictions. IF and WHEN he recovers, he should go from hospital room to jail cell. Do not pass "go"! DO NOT collect one red cent!

@@nemesis8626 eh he felt entitled to do what ever he wants. why does kings island have an electrified fence around rides? did you hear about the guy who was shocked to critical condition when he went to investigate an object he said he saw while on a ride. The official told the guy to come back in 30 minutes, security was contacted but the visitor was unable to be found. a rider of the coaster indicated she heard a sound of someone "Yelping". the ride was shut down till the park could investigate the source- further details unknown but the ride "Banshee" never reopened. Though riders have stated that it was the best ride they have ever been on and continue to call the park dfaily for 2 years asking if it will be operational. The park indicated that due to safety concerns they were unable to open the ride and was informed by OSHA that other rides may close too. If strict safety policies are not enforced to limit loss of life. park goers have ceased to return to the park as the rides lines were too long and seemed that rides only ran every 10-15 minute increments. the park closed due to high price of security personnel. and park goers were refusing ticket rates that increased 6x in 2 years. thew Park is now abandoned and is called the Robert park after the last guy who disobeyed park rules, and died. The family was not available for comment.

When I worked at CP we used to say once we can against a ticket for the park they hand us their brains. The messed up thing he was almost 40 how stupid do you have to be.

He was the only one injured. He ended up dying. Everyone on the train even in the front row wasn't injured they just said it sounded like they hit a deer.

No apparently his keys fell out during the ride and he went into the restricted area to get em when he wasn’t supposed to. Hell his kids even begged him not to.

dude, this idiotic 38 year old man yes a 38 year old guy literally entered a restricted area and ive been in that area and lemme tell you there is a bold sign in the restricted area that says "RESTRICTED AREA" you gotta have the same iq as the one guy who got hit for saying that cause of this
