helpful information about the value of meditation, notably its property of drawing the Spirit into the body. It should be pointed out that if you get 'very good' at meditation, you will, perforce, develop ever greater mindfulness in all your activities throughout the day. Yes, one should bring mindfulness in all one's activities, but formal meditation will, itself, make a significance impact on our activities.

He was driving in 1969. I stopped there. I'm 66. I was 12 in 1969. This guy looks my age, a few years younger than his actual age, so all of his "attention" on the body must work pretty well.

These are all very good pointers on meditation and mindfulness, which can be deceptive for beginners bc it sounds almost naval-gazingly simplistic. However, to actually practice mindful existence consistently, every day and in each moment of thought, feeling, doing, and breathing takes extreme dedication. That's why there's a high mindfulness attrition rate, but you can always start again with the next breathe.

You don't have to have all the different different aspects/steps for it to be an NDE. Most NDEs only have a few of them. Having a life review, and seeing the future is a pretty big deal. Moreover, and really key, it created a powerful change in his life. I get the idea that there was more to tell there regarding the experience itself - for example what aspects of his future did he see? Were those aspects born out in his life eventually? I have a friend who is pretty shy about getting into the details of his NDE, because it's so sacred to him. All he will say is that he went into the light, and it wasn't easy getting that out of him.

The enemy of the soul disguise like angel of light, even he has certain power to do things. I think you have an alusination or some like that. Why I say that ? You never talk about Christ, He is the only one who bring salvation of the soul. There isn’t no meditation, or Judaism yoga, or what ever that can bring salvation of the soul. Is a man dies without JESUSCHRIST, that soul get lost in hell., period. Jesus Himself talk about that in the new testament. Yes, you should be careful of false angels or teachings, however, who do you think the Bible was written by? - it was not written by Jesus Christ, but by seers and mystics through visions and dreams - just as this person is experiencing first hand! Why should old seers or mystics have any more validity than this person? In relation to prophets, Christ used words to the effect of 'recognise them by the fruits of their actions'! If an angel or prophet encourages you to do bad things, then they are obviously false! I don't think the intention of God or Jesus Christ is to 'catch you out and lead you down the wrong path'' but to encourage you to do good things and beware of false teachings!

God is beyond our comprenhen , when you put your soul ,mind and spirit to seek HIM, you will find something out of this world. Jeremiah 33:3 'Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.' Hebrew 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

@@v4v777 If you speak in ignorance it's better to remain silent. The Bible is 66 books written over 1500 years by more than 40 authors that forms a cohesive whole. Learn of the original languages of Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek, read the bible 1000 times then engage in polemics. The Bible has only proved archeology and historical facts. It is so intricate if you know the scriptures that the conclusion is that it is impossible to have been written by man without divine inspiration.
