Nothing should be mandatory. The Father is fully capable of getting a dna test done on his child... just do it. No reason to bring the state in unless we are talking about divorce and forced child support.

Me too! I also think that if a woman lies to a man and makes him believe that the child is his and he supports the woman and the child, that she should be charged with fraud and theft. She should receive prison time and she should be forced to pay that man back. It's a heartbreaking situation for the man and the child. In order to stop it from happening, there should be harsh consequences for the woman.
As a woman, I urge ALL men to NEVER sign a birth certificate WITHOUT A DNA test. I have seen several situations where women become "offended" when the father of their children/child ask for a paternity test, but if you have nothing to hide, why would you not PROUDLY say "yes"??? If a man has a child with ANYONE, he needs to have a DNA test, especially when it comes to child support payments.

Yes absolutely. I’ve been with my husband for 10 years and I’m pregnant with our third child and even though I know he’s not questioning anything after our babies have been born I’ve always offered to have a test done in the hospital and he always declines but I want him to know there’s nothing to hide and if he ever wants that reassurance he’s more than welcome to it. I'm not trying to stop men from clarifying parentage, but AM trying to stop the citizenry from requesting mandatory loss of confidentiality with regard to their genetic information.

One of my friends relatives found out he was paying child support for 2 kids that were never his. The girl cheated on him 11 times in last 15 years. 4 times with her boss who is possibly real father of one of them.

To answer all questions. No, he did not sue her. We all advised him to, but he thinks the courts will just ignore his case. Idk if he cut the women off completely, but everyone is hoping he is. I see that women and the kids from time to time. It's a bit unsettling knowing someone can pull off a con for over 15 years and just walk around in public with no consequences.
Men should start to sue women for back financial support they provided because of their fraud. This should be as common as men getting striped of their assets in divorce court.

Agreed. I don't know when exactly it became the norm to equate curvaceousness with morbid obesity. Curvy means (used to mean) boobs, hips, and butt, (and sometimes thighs) but some women tip the scales at well over 200 or even 300 pounds these days.

I'm a woman and support mandatory paternity tests. On a side note, my Dad returned from the Vietnam war and found my Mom pregnant. Dad knew the kid wasn't his and yet raised him as his own son.

Women treat a man's height like men treat a woman's boobs. They are valued for purely aesthetic reasons, they weren't earned at all, and people who don't have enough height or boob size are unfairly mistreated for it. I say this as a 6'2" guy.
Paternity test should be mandatory before the birth certificate is signed, once you sign it your financially responsible for that child even if it's not yours.
I once read that doctors could often tell because of blood type and other things that the "father" was not the real father. The doctor in the article said doctors could tell it was not the real father in about %30 percent of births. Without paternity testing. Imagine the number with mandatory DNA testing. I bet it's closer to %40. Crazy. One third to nearly half of kids are from cheating, or other nogoodnic behavior. Men have to wake up.
