Judging from the size of those monitors (tube technology), I wouldn't be surprised if this video was from as far back as 2002/2003 or even earlier lol. 20 years really isn't that far off the mark

It reminds me of a few of the offices I worked in around 1999-2002, particularly those that were leased spaces probably built and designed in the 80s and early 90s. Places I’ve worked more recently, esp if they’re a bigger company, do put some thought into layout, colors, and general decor so that even though it’s still just a bunch of cubicles and desks lined up by the dozen, it doesn’t elicit the same feelings of despair.
