I know the secret... it's giving... into 6 areas. Tithe is old testament but it's good for beginners.... give to prisoners, pastor's, widows orphans, which are fatherless children, traveling ministers, poor, parents .... all of this is pleasing to God. God gives seed to the sower.... I'm well off and debt free. But what I don't have is number 3 a community for my discovery.

Think of money as "seed"... if you plant the seed, you get a harvest... however if you don't plant the seed... you won't get a harvest. If you eat the seed, no harvest. If you put the seed on the dresser to save it, after a few years its still just a seed. The only way you're going to make that seed grow is plant it. There are a few things that are considered as seed: FYI your words are seed, your children are seed, your money is seed... THE RULE is whatever you sow, that's what you will reap. When it comes to giving, stingy people like to say, "I give my time"... well if you give time you'll get time, probably be an old poor person. If you give money, you will get money. If you sow apple seed, you'll get apples, you won't get oranges. For example, I'll never have a car payment.... why because I've given away so many cars. Plus I'll never have to buy tires again! Last year my husband said you need new tires, I said no I want another car. Guess what, I got a new car 2022.. but I ended up still buying tires for the car I gave away, then I bought tires for the car that that person gave away. Oh all of this was paid in full, debt free. When you do your giving God's way, you live debt free.
@Master Monkey There are 6- areas to give into... to please God. 1. Pastor 2. Parents 3. Poor 4. Prisoners 5. Widows and Ophans 6.Traveling Ministers. These are all listed in the Bible, but your pastors only teach the part about giving to him. Most times it's because they don't know.... they haven't studied and just repeat what they have heard. Most still teach the tithe, until the members start reading the Bible, and realize tithe is not in the New Testament.... then they say tithes transcend from the old to the new, so you can keep paying tithes. When in actuality it did transfer in a manner of speaking. Jesus made you part of the royal preisthood, so you're the priest now, so instead of you taking your tithe to the priest to give into those 6- areas, you give into those areas yourself. And when you give into those areas God will give you harvest, which contains more seed. I think my biggest bounty comes when I help orphans. These are fatherless children. They can have a mother and still be an orphan.... it's when you don't have a man in the house.

Funny how those principles and precepts, taught in the Book of that "fiction" have worked for thousands of years for many of the most successful people in history. And the application of those "fiction"-based principles and precepts are still working for millions of people till this very day. We know Tzedakah is where we can test God. We know that Tzedakah is about giving charity to the poor, although with a different mindset than other charity given by people. Daniel told king Nebuchadnezzar that he should do Tzedakah, too, and Nebuchadnezzar was a nonjew. Daniel 4:24 I believe is the verse.

Genesis 15, 1 If you don't misunderstand this verse (like some prosperity gospel preachers do - wealth is THE sign of blessing) this verse could be a good impulse. There's nothing wrong with achieving a good income or influence even for Catholics 😉 if it's happening in obedience to the Lord's commandments. With wealth also responsibilities are growing, especially towards the poorer part of our society.
