Even if you win in court, you still have lost .... your time, money for bond, money to get your car out of impound, lawyer fees (unless you take the free lawyer), your job by now. Now you’re saying she should be charged for thinking he looked “creepy”. Stop the idiocy of trying to fight evil with evil it’s stupid and it hurts people. People get hit with hate crimes simply for being a different color or religion than someone else all the time and you shouldn’t be encouraging that. A crime is a crime it’s absolutely discrimination to give harsher chargers to people because of circumstances of race religion ideology etc. you can’t fix discrimination with more discrimination. Absolutely brainless and brainwashed behavior. Anytime you argue for the government destroying people more than usual because of who they are or what they think rather than what they did. You are taking the government’s side against people and it will have horrible repercussions for someone if you get your way. My thing is the worry that women who make an accusation will be attacked and instantly be called liars. There should be a middle ground. Both the accuser and accused should be treated impartiality till evidence can be found. At the same time it can be difficult with something like se*ual assault. Say a wife claims her husband r*pes her while they were home alone. No witnesses and no cameras. Now, let's say she is telling the truth. There is no evidence and it is innocent until PROVEN guilty. What then? Does she murder her husband for the crime and accept jail time for it because she couldnt prove it? Is that the answer? I'm going a bit out there I guess... kind of started rambling. As a previous victim, can see some "problems" here. 1) 1:14 "and punching her in the face" - was there bruising on her face to support this? The photos of the alleged victim show no history (when thoroughly examined even 30 day old bruises would be identifiable, mine were). 2) The camera footage could have been checked within hours of the attack, not weeks later. 3) Victims are very often told that they will not be believed - it's difficult being a victim of rape and it is next to impossible to go to an ER to have evidence gathered BECAUSE ONE IS STILL mentally trapped IN THE MOMENT and to have someone looking "down there" intensifies the terror, the tears, sobbing, and shaking (that doesn't go away the next morning - can continue for days or weeks) 4) Belief should be based first on immediate evidence, and followed with the investigation within 24 hours to establish if it is even possible.

Literally know of this exact thing happening at work. The girl was always on drugs and on her lunch jumped in a male coworkers car as he was getting off. She asked him for a ride to her apartment. Apparently she gave him a BJ. He dropped her off but she was like 20mins late to clock back in from lunch. But her delusional mind she got super paranoid that she’d get fired for being that late and wouldn’t ya know? Her excuse for being late is that she was raped and in her paranoid drugged out delusional state she pins it on the male coworker that gave her a ride and willingly gave a BJ to lmfao. When the police arrived they listened to her but her story had holes in it/she kept changing certain parts and the police were getting annoyed and obviously didn’t believe her. No one was charged. But she ironically got her and the dude fired. He was fired because a hot blonde coworker randomly got in his car and asked for a ride and gave him a BJ lmfao. I feel sorry for him. The idea that "cases like this" prevent real victims from coming forward is ridiculous. Yes, if women were getting charged in cases where they went in, said they were raped and then there wasn't enough physical evidence to convict the guy they believe most likely did it, then absolutely, that would be a travesty. However, a victim hearing about someone who ADMITTED to lying about an accusation getting charged isn't going to deter them from coming forward. That just doesn't make any sense. I mean to be fair, I guess a better analogy would be someone getting charged for confidently, but mistakenly saying something happened at 10 when it was actually 11:30, but no one is going to prosecute that either.
@kimmiewise1044
@kimmiewise1044 3 месяца назад
@@paulcassidy2352 No it hasn't, women have been lying about being victims since the law was ever conceived to get away with bad behavior. It has never been hard to get these cases to court because these crimes have always been set to the same standard as every other violent crime. It's like saying prior to forensics, homicides were just never tried or convicted because we didn't have the technology back then so there was no justice for homicide until the invention of the computer. Obviously false because we do in fact have homicide convictions prior to the invention of the computer. Just because we have modern conveniences that assist in prosecution making it more accessible doesn't mean prior to those modern intentions there was no justice. It was just a different standard and that's true for ALL VIOLENT CRIME. Even when the victims WERE MEN. The problem that has arisen is that female supremacists known as feminists have successfully been able to place female Accusations above the standards of Justice. Instead of treating a female coming forward about rape like a male coming forward about a violent mugging, we have two different standards that hold the females accusation at the same level as an indictment of its own and every female now has this power that males do not. If a guy walks into a police station and says, "A 6'1 black man named Tyson mugged me behind the Walmart and stole my wallet. He lives at 123 Example street, please arrest him." No such action would be done for MONTHS until a warrant is out for his arrest after investigation into the guys claims that he was even mugged. But I could, right now, go to a police office, claim my baby daddy raped me yesterday, give them his address and name and he would be arrested within the week. That's the power of a female lie vs male innocence. It's ridiculous and no woman needs this much power. There are plenty of victims of violent, horrific crime that do not come forward because of barriers in the justice system. Again muggings are a great example, certain homicides are prevented from being investigated because of circumstantial contexts like possible suicides really being homicides but ruled as suicides even if the family are pushing for an investigation, assaults or attempted homicides can go unreported in various communities and areas, theft has skyrocketed on paper but what do you think is the rate for the thieves that are never reported due to people electing to ignore the theft and not report? How about burglary? How about the under reporting of child abuse? There are MILLIONS of crimes not involving women that have MORE barriers than women do to access justice yet women are still whining about the system being inaccessible. Probably because most of these women aren't actually reporting crimes but interpersonal drama and demanding to use the cudgel of the government to pull one over in their cat fights. Of course there are barriers to that, BECAUSE THAT'S NOT WHAT JUSTICE IS. We need to bring back those barriers and start treating women like people instead of infallible saints. We need to bring back skepticism against these women. Ask her what she was wearing, ask her if she was drinking, actually hold these women accountable just like you would hold a man accountable. That's how we get justice back. You guys are damaging the system, we're trying to restore it from the perversion of female privilege.

For life, at that. But I know this is reality and reality isn't fair or just. This man's should sue her and the local police department both. He should also have an on air apology given to him by the police department and her. I am a male victim of DV by a female offender over the course of 2.5 years of heck. She face any charges or jail time despite multiple assaults and worse? Nope. Me? 12 years of at times daily therapy, homelessness, inability to hold down a job, and multiple psych meds for the rest of my life. Still to this day when nurses are treating me for psych trauma at the er, for a severe panic attack, they assume and automatically treat me as the abuser. I have had to have doctors throw them out for such treatment and assumptions.

The parking lot surveillance cameras should've been the first place they looked to help avoid an unnecessary arrest. There's no reason he should've been locked up for 30 days. He should definitely sue and press further charges such as her actions resulted in false imprisonment.

Not only should sue her but he should sue the police department. The lack of investigation that would quickly prove his innocence is crazy. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that this grocery store wouldn't be willing to give this footage to the police to prove what happened.

Police clearly don't want to take the case. Because if they allow the victim to sue the culprit too easily. Then the claim fears the future victims will not report. Will only tarnished those corrupted officials name.

Jeez man... "Equal rights" they say. "Equal opportunities" they say... And yeah - you're not the only one who faced the same faith. No evidence is required nowadays but just someone's "say so" to throw somebody in prison. The system is for sure a joke.
