That's not the only hospital like that. In 2008 my kid was cared for st Saint Joes in Phx. I watched a homeless guy wandering around - freely. I bought him a meal and made friends with him. He looked out for my special needs son better than security did....I knew all of the dirt and which nurse to trust and which not too.

This is a shame that a patient who suffered a stroke and is in the hospital to recover had to fight off a predator with all her might and with the limited strength one would have after a stroke, the hospital is responsible for this , the nurses that saw this fool smoking crack on that elevator, should have followed him as security was called , I hope the patient who had a stroke recover as well as all the other patients there , it just make me wonder if this is something that he does and he was caught this time

Shady Grady. Smh. Even though they were bought/saved by that nonprofit some years ago, the same thing still applies apparently. That’s been the city’s worst hospital forever and when I was living there, Grady was the last place you wanted to go to walking in, but the first place they took you to for trauma if you had a car accident or got shot. wouldn’t wanna go there for any other reason as the ER area is a tragedy within itself.

I use to work @ grady its not hard at all to get to any floor except the baby floor. Anyone can get past security bc all the do is check you at the emergency exit and it the front they just ask where you going thats it. Homeless people hide in the bathrooms wait till the clinics close and be sleeping in the waiting areas. Its security cameras every where but do they work 🙄

Grady's SECURITY MANAGERS are more interested in chasing women than chasing criminals. They have fired a lot of their best security officers who were doing the best job of protecting the PATIENTS, employees and the public.
