Interesting concept: Can a housing estate declare itself outside of the rule of the current law and order administration? Have they they right to withdraw support? I wonder how many areas would like to rule themselves, and kick out the Gardai, or the Metropolitan Police or the Gendarme? Quite a few I suspect!
ok do it but you have to source your own water supply, waste disposal and so on. Ideally your community could collectively pay a service fee but this would be a source of punitive pressure to prevent people doing this
