MANY, GERVIS DAVIS, because Governor Edgar Weeny was to much of a WHUSSY PUSS to Stop it. But he stopped the execution of GUEN GARCIA THOUGH, because of the pressure from Carol Marin and her feminist colleagues. Yes, he should have done some jail time for being the driver from a murder, But his buddy broke in the man’s house and shot the man to death, GERVIS Davis didn’t know anything about shooting the man he stayed in the car, the break in yes, killing the guy No. Northwestern Law Students tried to save him from the Death Penalty. But Governor Jim Edgar was too Chicken.
@John Stuart Mill there’s a lot that didn’t do anything not just very few People been put to death then years later Found that they didn’t do the crime
This is terrible. How does the system get to do this to innocent people??? What now? He's spent all this time in prison. What's he supposed to do now??
Regrettably that Officer (Involved now in TWO 100% Exonerations!) is living a Comfy life retired. On Taxpayers Paying his PENSION. Did you see how Nice looking his front door, house was??!!!
Agreeing to be a snitch on a case he knew nthn about to possibly wrongfully convict another innocent man, but karma turn the tables on him! Lil lying ass learned a tough lesson the hard way🤷
"We must take back the streets. It doesn’t matter whether or not the person that is accosting your son or daughter or my son or daughter, my wife, your husband, my mother, your parents, it doesn’t matter whether or not they were deprived as a youth; it doesn’t matter whether or not they had no background that enabled them to become socialized into the fabric of society; it doesn’t matter whether or not they are the victims of society. The end result is that they are about to knock my mother on the head with a lead pipe, shoot my sister, beat up my wife, take on my sons. So I do not want to ask what made them do this. They must be taken off of the street. That is No.1. There is a consensus on that.
What he went through is a tragic story, but it also gives someone knowledge about what can happen to you if you become a confidential informant for the police, yes he was wrongfully convicted, but he also has himself to blame partly for participating in the investigation and by doing so he put himself in a position to be arrested for something he didn’t do. I’m sure he learned a valuable lesson to mind your in business and not be a snitch.
*So he tried to be a witness for his cops friends when he didn't even know anything about the case so he actually put his self in that situation so hmmm*
