I really enjoyed this conversation very refreshing. Christian is more then just a handsome face. I love a man that can hold an intellectual conversation . You can tell he's done a lot of inner work which shows his growth.

He's got to be a strong man. To go through that type of traumatic childhood and to overcome as an adult is extraordinary. God bless him!

Honestly, Christian's testimony makes me believe that there are really demons that walk among us. I don't understand what kind of human depravity would have someone doing something like this to a child. It's almost inconceivable. I'm so glad that you have miraculously managed to turn this childhood trauma into your ministry. I could hardly muster up the wherewithal to get through this interview.

You never know what someone has gone through because so many, like Christian Keyes, don't look like what they have been through. I never would have imagined that he had those horrible experiences. My God! The power of our Heavenly Father to heal. God continue to bless Christian Keyes. He is using his trauma to bless others. His vulnerability is helping others whom went through similar experiences. Most of the time, our traumas weren't for us, they are to help us.

Build better human beings builds better communities and neighborhoods. Healing the Soul is so important.

This conversation is needed for our young men. It's okay to feel! This is a million dollar conversion!

I would buy his autobiography or self help book. Maybe he could even write a parenting guide for young black fathers. I only started following him a few weeks ago and embarrassing enough, I only did so to add a lil sexy to my daily scrolling. I wasn’t expecting any depth and definitely not someone so open, authentic and inspirational. I’ve been literally taking notes so that I can apply his copping methods to my own life. Moreover, he is always riding for our people unapologetically. I hope he inspires more young brothers to align themselves with his values.

My dear brothers, conversations like that, insights like that, inspirations like that are of utmost necessity for the whole humanity. I'm a woman and listening to this with such gratefulness. I feel that men starting to be able to come on that level of Connexion together is what the world dearly needs for a great healing. Because it feels very reassuring for a woman to simply know that 2 men can hold such a safe and loving space for one another, and therefore have that level of openness and vulnerability. I truely feel grateful for the wisdom, humility, generosity, emotional availability you guys allowed us to receive through your conversation . Since I discovered this channel, especially the conversations between men, I am in owe and have a feeling as if I found fresh water, it is beautiful, it is gracious, it is light, it is hope, it is soothing to the soul. Not only is he physically beautiful, he is even better looking emotionally/intellectually. I got to get my heart right because I had visions of finding the people that would treat a child in such a way. I am in tears because our children are so innocent and to see or hear of them not being LOVED,, NUTURED as they so deserve, hurts. Nonetheless, the beauty, the courage, the fortitude to forgive TRUMPS all that has occurred. I thank him for giving us permission to be open and vulnerable and how freeing/beautiful it is, if you just embrace it.

I went to The School for Creative and Performing Arts with your Coffee co star Gabrielle Dennis here in Cincinnati OH 👏👍👌. She's a great actress and a nice person. There are a lot of famous folks who went to SCPA and are originally from Cincinnati!! I'm so sorry you had to endure that physical and mental abuse...no child should ever have to experience that kind of upbringing. You are the bigger man for excusing your adoptive parents for physically taking their anger out on you and your brother and your birth parents for physically and mentally rejecting you and your brother. The onlookers would never know you experienced that because you figured out how to hide your internal scars and dry your tears 😟😢😟😢. I'm so sorry Christian...any kind of abuse is unacceptable period!!!! Anyway on a happier note...feel free to wish me a happy 47th B Day on the 23rd of this month 🎂🎉🎊🎈🎁. Thank you for your transparency you two. So amazing to hear & see black men be honest about their thoughts & emotions. You guys are helping change people of color legacy in their families on how we view what vulnerability is.

As a women I truly appreciate seeing men (grown men with a grown man mindset) being honest and transparent. At some point we've lost our way. We forgot how to connect with one another. Yes there were circumstances that facilitated the drift, but as we learn to push through it, lean on God for direction and understanding we can heal. Not just ourselves but our community and future generations. We need our Men of Color to be whole(spiritually, mentally emotionally and physically...in that order). Thank you for creating a safe space for men to shake the chains of a oppression.

This is definitely whats needed. Thank you both for allowing your passion to exude forward to help others. Christian you are still fine!! But more importantly you have a loving heart.

My cousin asked me to watch this I wasn't going to. I am still healing from my own existence and I knew this would break me down. I can't do nothing but cry.

And speaking from experience talking on that trauma that you experience is therapy within itself everyone has their demons that they're trying to fight speaking on it does not make us less than ! Keep up the awesome work guys

Where do you find smart (intelligent) men like this, nice to the eyes, can laugh and smile. Forgiving the devils ppl. It's very hard to forgive ppl that doesnt want to be forgiven, reason saying this if a person wants to be forgiven how or why would they keep hurting you. But where is God's true ppl? Some talk God but they are so far far away from Godly behaviour. They do things that show you they arent Gid's ppl. These two seem to be nice men that know how to have fun. Not being liars and wanting to hurt ppl. Thank God for men like this, wish more men could be like these two. Wishing them the best!

This was a really good interview and to learn Christian and I have been through some of same things in foster care was very brave of him to tell. I love how transparent he was with what happen to him at young age about his adoption family that's so sad what happened to him and his brother But all what he went through it's didn't make him bitter, but it made him better and what devil meant for evil God turned it's around for his good, God bless his latter days more than his beginning. I am very proud of Christian. I Thank him for forgiving the woman who was supposed to protect Hime. As you know, hurt people just can’t help themselves by hurting others. They’re wounded. Praise the LORD that he forgave!!!!
