Today, the owner of Neoplan is the MAN Group (Maschinenfabrik Augsburg Nürnberg). This Megaliner can weigh 30 tons and has a Mercedes V8 with 524 hp. Today, Neoplan buses have only MAN engines. The Megaliners cost in the 90 years around 950,000 German Marks = 475,000 Euros.
@jacob1029 Well I apologise for not being correct - the title does say MAN. anyway you should be backing me up here ( you are obviously someone who knows about buses and likes to look at these vids ). When I said " moron " I was " attacking " someone who was criticising / making fun of us who like looking at bus vids . This thing is quite funny, but in winter 8x2 is useless. i think that neoplan is the worst bus ever i have had to repair some and that is not a fun job even fuckin ikarus is better.(this is because of suspension idea how its built is good but in reality it isnt good at all) people who know neoplans from merc era should understand. really hope that new models have been improved if it was up to me i would choose setra or merc itself
What do you mean MAN truck my ass? The bus is a MAN ( for morons -thats the name of the company who make them -it stands for Maschinenfabrik Augsburg Nurnburg . Its German , part of Volkswagen ). Also if you dont like watching videos of buses parking the sensible thing to do would be to not watch videos of buses parking and leave them for the people who do.
