Unfortunately his skin looks scarred, lumpy, and legitimately burnt in some areas, most likely from the tanning beds. He's got to be careful, that's a one way ticket to skin cancer.
There was nothing wrong with how he looked before the change. His mental state doesn't seem well. The talk about suicide at the end is the worst. He definitely needs help. Laughing at it is probably making it worse. People will laugh until something bad happens to him. He doesn't need to be mocked this dude is lacking some serious love. The amount of self hate in his videos is crazy. I hope he gets help from the right person. I say that because even therapist can be unprofessional these days.

How does a black person act? How does a white person act? Would it be racist or a stereotype if a black person from a stereotypically white background who didn't have the accent and mannerisms of people in areas that do talk a little like Nuka? I don't know the answers to these questions. I don't think that trans-racial is a thing personally, but I don't think that Nuka is doing this in an attempt to misrepresent the people around him, if he were there would be evidence of this on the internet some where. I think he suffers from some form of body dismorphia, and his coping mechanism is the same as most trans people, to change their outward appearance to fit the narrative that best fits their perspective.

I am German who grew up in London, UK. I used to be very ashamed of being German. I denied my own heritage, even lied about where i was born. However, when I went to rehab and saw a therapist I worked through my shame and denial. Nowadays I'm proud of my German heritage and still live in London.
