I don’t think I’ve ever seen lüle kebab prepared so terribly to look like actual shit, let alone any Turkish shops outside of the country that actually sell it. It’s really an eastern tradition that doesn’t typically seen beyond the borders.

Can confirm the Mediterranean place by my house is incredible but the first time I ordered a chicken kebab and not a gyro or wrap, I was not expecting a ground chicken log on a stick. EDIT: I live in California

The turd kebab is borderline yellowish, that's how donner meat looks, because it's chicken and beef, not kofta/kofte which this turd is supposed to be, as donner is cooked on a spit and shaved, while kofta/kofte is skewered and roasted.
