I agree Tony, we want Ten Hag in but we don't want to see repeat of some of the performances and decisions we seen last year. If a player underperforms 3 matches in a row then he must be dropped and someone else is then given the chance to impress.

Considering what Ten Hag has had to deal with from Day 1, He is the only manager to show strength and confidence in his own Ability and methods. He has not looked for excuses, he backs his players , he is stubborn and that is mostly a good trait to have in charge of a powerful club like United, Leadership is important and he is leading us to some very good times ahead imo.

Totally agree with you. He’s the right man for our club. He also has a better win ratio than thst thunderbird artetta. Klipity klopp and pep at this stage in his tenure at United and believe it or not better win ratio than sir Alex in his first two years at United. He’s a proven developed in youth players which the last time I checked is what we are all about and a he’s a proven winner. I can’t believe this is being overlooked.

Luke shaw going to the euros after being injured pretty much all season makes me lose all respect for him as a player. He rushed back to be with england but not for our cup final which won us european football that gives us transfer window money we desperately need. I would also 100% sign amrabat for 10-20mil immediately. We need depth at 6 or 8(depending on who we bring in to the midfield) and Mainoo can’t play 60 games next season and NO ONE wants mctominay there which is what we will have if casemiro goes and he should absolutely go. Especially after his form dropped this year and now reports have come out that he isn’t doing what the coaching staff asked him…

Actually he did rush back a few weeks before the end of the season, he played 45mins against Luton when we were very much still in the top 4 race. Maybe he should have held off from a return in the league and solely focused on the Final. Easy to say now.

I can only see this ending in tears. Looking at the facts doesnt bode well for the future. We are stuck with a number of players that are on big contracts so its hard to move them on. A few of them Ten Hag signings too. An even bigger problem is we have a manager that the board clearly dont want. Theyve had months to come out and back him but they never did. Instead they spent their time interviewing other managers. Youd have to wonder why Tuchel and Poch werent interested?? So where does that leave Ten Hag. How is he supposed to give 100% on pulling the club out the shit knowing that Ineos are determined to get rid. This saga is far from over and it wouldnt surprise me in the next few weeks if Ten Hag walks.

Reasons to back Ten Hag: - ETH had a great first season. - 3 finals in his first 2 years at the club. - Winning 2 cups, league cup and FA cup - no other manager has done that. Instilling a winning mentality. - Dealt with the chaos at the club. - Tried to change style of play - sure enough injuries and new goalie errors dumped Utd out of champions league. But with the changes it's to be expected. - Brought youngsters through in to first team. - Got 8th which in the scheme of things wasn't too bad. I know this is Manchester United but all in all he's not done too bad.

Can't understand the stance in mason Greenwood. A prolific natural two footed goal scorer. What was missing from United last season. I don’t see why Johnny evans having another year is a bad thing. If I’m correct he’s The only player in the squad who has won the league at United so you meet him in and around the squad for the mentality. Fergie always kept one or two senior players who effectively were past their best for the same reason and to help the young players adapt to the first team mentality and what’s expected of them. In saying that we do need to sign at-least 1 more centre back ( world class ). We can progress Kambawala into the squad. We need to get a right winger if mason is not coming back and a centre forward and a defensive midfielder is also a must signing. Get the right players in the summer and I think we may go close next season. Just my gut feeling.

My simple, but effective, way of getting 100% out of players each and every game: If the team wins, players get full weekly wage. If they draw they get half wages. If they lose, they get nothing. Players wouldn't agree to that set up because the majority swing the lead.

Great show i enjoyed it. The end of the window will be when we see what the realistic expectations are for next season by who we being in and who we sell and for how much for both. He had 5 Senior Center backs out two senior left Baxi out central striker out to senior right wingers out 3 Senior Center midfield was out.
