How to fix a shed 101, but the dumb way!
In case you didn't notice I'm no professional, don't try this at home!
So we replaced the roof of this shed/ summer house around 2 years ago, at the time we had no money to do the walls at the same time. Since then the walls have deteriorated further and are pretty rotted out. My neighbour tipped me off on some wood being discarded from a building site, so alot of the 2x2 inch wood was free. I'd also stockpiled a load of cladding but that's in the follow up video.
Step 1 was to acrow prop the rear of the roof and replace the back panel. This was fairly simple but if you try this make sure you have plenty of acrows and brace the structure diagonally. Taking the walls off makes it sway in the wind and want to fall over a lot haha!
After that the 2 side walls were replaced, the acrows moved across to the front and finally the front panel fitted, this is going to be more tricky as we have to fit the frame around the door whilst strengthening and bracing everything all together.
This is about the most backwards way to make a shed - but have a laugh at our expense and enjoy the video!
