Where do they think their running too after the police are looking for you for a body ? That's very confusing to me, because nobody in the streets want you around them and nobody that's working a 9 to 5 wants you around.

I like to make sense of things...jpd constantly hires and has new classes of officers every so often n still it's never enough officers to routinely post check popular public places as such... Capitol was added to help and still not enough... Capitols jurisdiction was said to be anywhere in Jackson now but yet they stay in the fondren, woodrow Wilson,bailey ave,and down town area instead of making their appearances in places like old Canton,south Jackson ect....like they should go patrol them areas as well cause crime is everywhere and not just the immediate Capitol - northside drive area.....they helping a underachieving jpd so y dont they actually patrol all of Jackson like jpd! But after this incident there's definitely a capitol vehicle at the crime scene....I will never understand this policing....
