Just calculate the difference of systolic blood pressure in lying position and standing position if it is less than 20 mm of Hg than positive orthostatic hypotension , Calculate the difference between the distolic blood pressure in lying position and in standing position ...if the difference is in between the range of 5- 10 mm of Hg ..than Positive orthostatic hypotension..but don't immediately check bp after lying from standing position give 5 mins rest to the patient and ask if he / she feel any problem or not means dizziness, blurred vision
