My day starts at 445am. Mon thru Friday. Most hourly planners usually start at 6am or 7am. Im a Detective so I have to be to the office by 630am. I absolutely love this video and im a new member of TOM Academy
Alaina love your videos. Could you please show how your other planners are set up. For instance you mentioned your theme business day and a reminder to check your business planner. I would like to see how you set your planner.
Hey! Tomorrow's video is on my business planner, then the next day will be my personal planner, my home planner, my budget planner, my reading layout and then my faith planner....:)
Thank you for the video. I like the idea of "theme your day" but I would find it hard to implement as I work full-time in health. I leave home at 6.30am and arrive back at 6.30pm. If I was a stay home mum or ran a business from home, I could dedicate time to budget, etc. I would love some ideas on how to keep on track for women that work 5 days a week. Thanks again.
Hey. I know you didn’t ask me, but I work 5 days during the week - starting at 8am and usually done by 6pm. I plan each weekend on Sunday for the week...then each day I set aside 10-15 minutes to just look at each day and plan additional for the next day - usually while dinner is cooking or when my children are doing homework or when I sit down with a glass of wine later in the evening. I hope this is helpful for you 💛
For my budget planner - I typically do it the last weekend of the month for the next month - again, setting aside about 30 minutes one day during the week dedicated to budget. It can get difficult especially with so much else happening in the house - but I try not to let anything interrupt that time and I pick a time when my house is chill and there’s nothing major that needs to be done or tended to.
What else do you write in the smaller planner you have your "themes" noted in. I have the exact one, but don't know how to include it as you did. Thanks. As always, a very informative session for me.

Hello I am a huge fan of your channel I was wondering is the budget binder in your shop the one you are using or at least similar to the one you are using?
I know you were asking Alaina but the answer is yes. She uses the budget planner that she also sells on Etsy. It is available for download or printed to be mailed to you. It comes in two sizes. There are a number of videos on her channel dedicated to how she uses the planner and I’m sure she will do another video for the series. I hope that helps.
