We're marking two years since the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme works began. In this video, we take you through the customer journey of the new Terminal Two, and show you the progress that has been made.
This looks like a big improvement but still no mention/confirmation of the rumoured US preclearance facility. I really hope this will be put in place as it will make a massive difference to all US travel from Manchester.
Looks really great. Definitely an improvement from what is there now. The experience would be better if you guys provide free use of luggage trollies like in many hub airports around the world, rather than a non-refundable fee!
When the rest of t2 opens I doubt I will ever fly from t2 again flew out of t2 in July and didn’t buy anything to eat as the queue was an hour long I’m Burger King and had to work 30 minutes to the plane to the new section with no shops and it looks like a big shed
I was last at the airport on the 23rd at 00:30 we got to the gate as scheduled, however it took about 15 minutes to walk from a gate to passport controls that was near gate 1A I believe, The flight number was TOM2405 I heard that that walk would be permanent form some members of staff and I think that the walk was a joke and would discourage me from ever travelling threw Manchester Airport
Please, please, pleeeeese don't allow duty free concessionaires to play little adverts with music on each stand and then pipe airport music over the top. It's cacophonous and makes me hurry through sans purchase.
