Is the plan to knock down T1 and build a bigger T3 still happening? T1 and more so T3 are awful and really needed to be redeveloped first, T2 was the least of the airports problems.
The A gates in Manchester were built when I last flew from there as my flight departed from one of these gates, but the other building work wasn't done
I personally believe once all the terminal 2 expansion has been complete, they will put terminal 1 and 3 together and refurbish that to. If that does happen, it would have to be allowed by the local council
@@carlw145 LBA has actually got a go ahead for new terminal and expansion. They have always been more convenient for people in north east region. Trekking across the pennies and the M62 is never good.
