It will be Three lanes on each side up to a certain section of the highway, I am not sure were these Three lanes will end. This model was done from what is present now and from information I gathered from there RU-vid post.
I am OK with all these super high ways but my main concern is community road where people live. In order to have an effective country we must first, focus on its people and there day to day standard of living. please someone,pass this on to my prime minister.
while roads continue to get built and rebuilt..I wonder when any of our two political parties when they are in power will make the effort to rebuild our Jamaican dollar .we been on a downward spiral since say the 1980s we gone form the same exchange rate for 3 yrs straight $1.78 JMD to 1US . 30 yrs later we now at $133 JMD to 1US which seems to be going up every 3 days .our currecy is not gaining value it just keep getting weaker and weaker . with all the nice roads we gonna have how will we have a prosperous and booming economy with a weak dollar .som eclaim low inflaition helps keep prices down.will that work for the person who will have to come up with more money to buy the same 1US dollar to get goods over seas for his/her local buisness.
Richie J, I don't think you understand how currency works. You should be more concerned about growing the Gross National Product, which will effect the Gross National Income per Capita. Now if income is increased per capita, the Government should have more money coming in due to more income tax been paid. More people will be employed, spending more money on goods and services, which will put more money in the economy, creating more middle class. Because the Government have more money, they can bring down the balance of payment, and fund Education and other major project, which will indeed create more growth, and more jobs. All things been equal and inflation is kept to a minimum, we will see an improvement in the value of the Jamaican Dollar however, Jamaican need to be patience, and be grateful for this Government which is doing everything in the right way. They are addressing the unattached young people, who are susceptible to a life of crime and violence. This Government have done a great job, in the short time they have been in power, so people stop complaining!!!
