Jamaica Information Service (JIS) need to kick start a buy-Jamaica program where these young people can have jobs from local demands of made in Jamaica products. These brilliant minds will head to crime if there is no way out. Likewise Jamaicans overseas should play their part in the same way when shopping in the Walmart and Publix stores. Look for the made in Jamaica and the picture of the flag. Keep making factories in Jamaica viable entities.

Ideas should be incubated in universities, researched and tested, moved to production. Sometimes, you are your own savior's, create think tanks to solve your own issues. A good starting point would be to commit yourselves to God, first repenting, dilligently praying, worshipping, and studying the Bible, ask God to open your understanding, to give creative ideas to help yourself and others, get a book to record your dreams, praying for remembering and understanding your dreams, instead of mischiefs and idleness, just watch how your life change, go to church and stop all the idle talk. Live a life of fasting, and prayer. Jamaica is full negative talkers whose mouth dig them a hole. But as you do this you will how The Most High open you understanding, stay away from people who talk folly, gossip and backbite. Watch you life change. But creative ideas will come in your dreams, and no one your dreams just give praises and work on them. If it's too much of a high hanging fruit, work on the simpler ones. People will fight for your ideas, hence I say don't tell your dreams, remain faithful.

The idea of a technology Park here is good. Excellent location that has the potential to build the capacity of our youth to adequately participate in the fourth industrial revolution. That being said, I think this park misses the mark in that I don't see a clear strategy for capacity building in applied scientific research or the integration of emerging technology breakthroughs in fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, the Internet of Things, autonomous vehicles, 3-D printing, nanotechnology, biotechnology, materials science, energy storage, and quantum computing. If Jamaica is to maximize its growth potential, it is crucial that we do not waste this opportunity to experience real change.
I keep saying that Jamaica cannot grow and develop with call center jobs in the long term. Sustainable growth depends on the industries we foster and garner to grow. ICT is the way to go, we need to create these tech parks. So that we can train engineers and scientist that will power Jamaica into the A.I smart Internet of things future that is taking over the world.
