I think its sometimes called hog mango- its very sweet even when green excellent for curry and chutney - its not stringy

Yes..just that some mangoes might be a little stringy. I believe Eve has a tree so she used what she had.

Everyone is entiled to thier opinions!!! Here is mine! The video content or introduction didnt say from INDIA they are sharing what they know and grow with here in Sweet Trinbago... You can probably ask people if they would like to know how they do it in India .... and u can show them all is welcomed... nothing Silly after all Right!!!!
