Ingredients:
Ripe Mango - 2 (600 gms)
Vanilla Custard Powder - 2 tbsp (20 gms)
Sugar 1/4 cup
Grapes black and green - 3/24 cup
Pomegranate - 3/4 cup
Cashew - few
Pomegranate - 3/4 cup
Apple - 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 2 Cup
Custard Cold Milk - 1/4 cup
Instruction & Time-line:
00:11 Boil 2 cup milk (stir)
00:20 Make Custard milk with cold water.
00:30 Pour custard milk stir for 2 minutes or until custard milk is well combined with milk.
00:39 Add sugar and stir. cook on low flame for 10 minutes till it turns creamy. Cool the mixture completely.
01:00 Make mango pulp.
01:05 Add mango pulp. whisk smooth until custard and mango pulp is well combined.
01:33 Add fruits, dry fruits, and cardamom powder. Mix it well until fruits are combined.
02:17 Refrigerate for 1 hour.
