Required Ingredients for this Mango Sheera Recipe : 👉
Barik Rawa : 250 gm / 1 cup
Ambyacha Ras : 325 gm / 1 ¼ cup
Sakhar : 200 gm
Tup/Ghee : 10 teaspoon
Velachi pud : 1 teaspoon
Milk : 250 ml
Almond/Cashew : for garnishing
Procedure to make Mango Sheera Recipe 👉
1. Roast suji/semolina until it is little golden for about 8 minuites on medium flame.
2. Add Ghee 4 teaspoon and stire nicely.
3. Add mango pulp and mix for 2 minutes. Cover for 1 minute.
4. Add warm milk and stir nicely .
5. Add dry fruits and cardamom powder for nice fragrance.
6. Add powdered sugar again mix well.
7. Finally add 4/5 spoons of ghee from the corners. Mix well.
8. Cover Sheera for next 3/4minutes on low flame.
9. Serve hot.
