I don't like that while I was watching this I kept giggling in a cute way. Potentially, staring off cute and turning wild could help with the insane factor, so I'll have to experiment
For a female I would recommend trying to keep ones laughter in their lower register. So try and stay in the bottom octave of your range. This with using the diaphragm to push out the air should stop the laughter sounding "shrill" . Also, make sure you you take your time and do not rush through the 'ha ha ha' s. This will make you sound more confident in your abilities to conquer the world.
I had to look up what that was, but no, no audio effects were used during, or post production. The camera used was an old Canon Powershot digital camera and the editing suite was TrakAcPC. That laugh is loud, I can easily shut up a 600 seat lecture theatre with it very easily, so it is possible that the audio was clipping, but that was not intentional.
